Commercial property spend hits €1.37bn in first six months

Over €1.37bn has been spent on commercial property here in the first six months of the year.

Property advisor CBRE says the volume of investment in the first half of 2014 is higher than that achieved in the first six months of 2009, when the market was at its peak.
