Noonan: Ireland on target for less than €2bn of Budget adjustments

Finance Minister Michael Noonan has again said he does not believe he will need €2bn of austerity measures in October's Budget.

However, he stated that it is still too early to tell how much spending cuts and tax increases will be required to meet Ireland's EU targets.
