Kenny confirms construction-sector jobs plan

The Taoiseach has confirmed plans to unveil a major new jobs plan for the construction sector later this week.

Enda Kenny said Ireland must kickstart a revival in the building trade, not only to address rising house prices but also to get builders back to work.
