Noonan agrees with views that interest rates will 'stay low for some time'

The Finance Minister Michael Noonan says there is little risk of customers on tracker mortgages seeing their repayments increased this year.

Mr Noonan says he agrees with most analysts, who say interest rates will stay at their record lows for some time to come.
