EU ranking puts Ireland outside 'Innovation Leader' group

Ireland is being ranked as an "Innovation Follower" at 110% of the EU average, according to the EU's Innovation Union Scoreboard for 2014.

Countries such as Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France and the UK are with us in the "follower" group.
