House prices up 16% or more in Dublin

House prices rose by 6.4% in the year to December.

Dublin house prices rose by almost 16% last year, with apartment prices up by over 20%.

Prices for the country as a whole were up by 6.4% year-on-year, but house prices outside Dublin are still falling, albeit at a slower rate.
