The Central Bank has issued a warning on unauthorised investment firms operating here.

The authority has named three US companies - Hermann Brothers Group, Westhill Partners Inc. and Scott and Fischer Consultancy Limited - that have been offering investment services to members of the Irish public, without authorisation.
