Ulster Bank apologises for major tech glitch

Ulster Bank has apologised for major technical problems across its network. It is the second time in nine months that customers have been hit.

ATMs stopped working last night for all RBS customers - both here and in the UK - and people couldn't pay with their cards or access online banking.
