Kenny hopeful of promissory-note deal before end of March

The Taoiseach has said he hopes progress will be made on the country's legacy bank debt during Ireland's EU Presidency.

Enda Kenny said securing a deal on the Anglo Irish Bank promissory note is the Government's immediate focus.
