Consumer sentiment down slightly in November

Irish consumer confidence dropped slightly in November, but overall it seems the gloom is easing somewhat, new figures show.

Lower European Central Bank interest rates and a positive review from the Troika on Ireland's performance have improved the mood of Irish shoppers in the past few months, according to the latest KBC Bank / ESRI Consumer Sentiment Index.
