A new €9m tourism marketing blitz has been announced today which hopes to attract around 20 million visitors to Ireland in the coming months.

Tourism and Sport Minister Leo Varadkar announced the plans today, and said half the funding for the project will come from revenue generated by the air travel tax, with the other half coming from private travel sector partners.
