Govt concerned that NAMA 'deferred payment' plan may inflate housing market

Plans by NAMA to introduce a "deferred payment" scheme to encourage the sale of thousands of homes are causing concern in Government.

It is reported the coalition is worried the proposals could artificially inflate the housing market before it has fully bottomed out.
