Irish wind farmers call for greater Government funding

The Irish Wind Farmers Co-Operative is calling on the Government to take action so that the roll-out of wind energy in Ireland gets underway as soon as possible.

The group, which is hosting a workshop in Galway today, says that it is nearly impossible to get funding to set up new wind farms.
