Aer Lingus returns to profit

Aer Lingus made a profit of €30.4m last year after suffering losses to the tune of €154.8m the previous year.

That is despite disruption caused by the bad weather and volcanic ash cloud last summer adding to a 10% decline in passengers numbers at Dublin Airport.
