CSO reveals dramatic plunge in days lost to industrial disputes

The Central Statistics Office has revealed that more than 6,000 work days were lost to industrial disputes last year.

New data from the CSO puts the figure at 6,602, a massive decrease compared to the previous year when a one-day stoppage by public sector workers led to more than 300,000 days being lost.
