NAMA recovers €99m from sale of building to Google

NAMA has revealed details of its involvement in a deal reached to sell an office building in Dublin to internet giant Google for €99m.

It is one of the biggest sales of commercial property in the country in recent years, and the price means NAMA was able to recover the money it paid for the building, as well as loans it provided to allow it to be finished.
