Jobs takes health break from Apple

Apple computer founder and chief executive Steve Jobs is taking medical leave from work to concentrate on his health.

He said today he will continue in his job and be involved in major decisions but has asked chief operating officer Tim Cook to be responsible for all day-to-day matters.
