Icelandic airline Iceland Express is to start flying to Dublin and Belfast in the second half of next year.

The low-cost airline said it plans between two and three flights a week from Iceland's capital Reykjavik to the three cities.

The airline says it will be the only airline operating direct flights to Iceland from these locations, as well as being able to offer transatlantic flight connections to both New York and Boston.
