Survey reveals non-compliance with motor insurance claims

The Central Bank has said a small number of firms surveyed on motor insurance claims had not complied with the timescale set out by the Consumer Protection Code.

Onsite inspections were carried out on ten firms in May and June, which included the examination of claims files.
