IBEC survey reveals rise in employer confidence

Employers are feeling much more optimistic about the outlook for the future, according to the latest Business Sentiment Survey from IBEC.

It shows a marked improvement in confidence, which rose from minus five in the second quarter to plus one in the third quarter.
