ECB leaves rates alone as WTO claims global crisis 'over'
The European Central Bank is leaving interest rates unchanged for the time being.
The bank said It is trying to rebuild confidence in the Eurozone economy.
Meanwhile, the World Trade Organisation has said the global economic crisis "is over".
Trade data from the WTO suggests the world has emerged from the downturn.
But the organisation points out that the rate of recovery varies from region to region.
