A huge fall for construction giant CRH led the decline in the ISEQ index today, which fell 65.19 points to 2,848.10.

A huge fall for construction giant CRH led the decline in the ISEQ index today, which fell 65.19 points to 2,848.10.

In the financial sector, Bank of Ireland just about bucked the trend, inching up 1c to 67c. Allied Irish Banks slipped 1c to 93c. Irish Life and Permanent lost 4c to €1.55.
