IMF praises Ireland's actions to emerge from recession

Another report from the International Monetary Fund is praising the steps taken to correct the economic downturn.

In its latest analysis the IMF has said that the "assertive steps" taken by policy makers here have gained significant credibility abroad, and have reassured the global community and international financial markets.
