The High Court has given Anglo Irish Bank two weeks to reconsider a claim of privilege over documents seized as part of an investigation into the collapse of the bank.

Mr Justice Peter Kelly last week asked the nationalised lender to consider its position as it was impeding the probe by the Director of Corporate Enforcement.
