Ireland has dropped one place to 10th in a ranking of the most attractive destinations for foreign direct investment in Europe in 2009.

Ireland has dropped one place to 10th in a ranking of the most attractive destinations for foreign direct investment in Europe in 2009.

The lower ranking comes from an annual survey by Ernst & Young.
