Consumer prices fell 3.1% in the year to March, as the cost of clothes, housing and food continued the trend of deflation, according to the Central Statistics Office.

Consumer prices fell 3.1% in the year to March, as the cost of clothes, housing and food continued the trend of deflation, according to the Central Statistics Office.

However the rate of deflation is continuing to slow, as consumer prices rose by 1% in the year to March compared to February.
