AIB raise mortgage rates ahead of Govt announcement

There is more bad news for home owners today with the announcement that AIB is hiking its mortgage interest rates by 0.5%.

The hike will hit both fixed and variable products and will increase the repayments for someone with a €300,000 mortgage by around €100 each month.
