Ahern to establish rents review group

Justice Minister Dermot Ahern is to establish a working group to look at the issue of commercial rent reviews.

It follows the ban last year on upward-only rent reviews, preventing landlords from inserting terms in any rental contract that specify that commercial rents can only be revised upwards.
