Unemployment in the UK fell by 7,000 between September and November to 2.46 million, official figures showed today.

Unemployment in the UK fell by 7,000 between September and November to 2.46 million, official figures showed today.

The number of people claiming Jobseeker's Allowance fell by 15,200 last month to 1.61 million, said the Office for National Statistics.
