The ISEQ index of Irish shares climbed 33.88 points to 3.087.85 today.
Irish Life and Permanent led the way in the financial sector, shooting up 23c to €3.73. Allied Irish Banks inched down 2c to €1.43, with Bank of Ireland unchanged at €1.50.
