Taxpayer has to pump much more money into banks, says ex BoI chief

A former chief executive of Bank of Ireland belives the taxpayer will have to recapitalise banks here with substantially more money than they already have.

The taxpayer's already pumped €4bn into Anglo Irish Bank and €7bn into AIB and Bank of Ireland.
