SME business confidence highest in two years

Business confidence among SMEs, while still negative, has improved significantly, it has emerged today.

According to the results of the fourth Quarterly Trends Survey for 2009, which attracted more than 600 responses, more businesses are optimistic about their business prospects than at anytime in the last two years.
