The Commercial Court has heard witnesses are now being interviewed as part of an investigation into possible breaches of company law at Anglo Irish Bank.
The Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement was today given a further six months to conduct the probe which centres on the actions of 20 employees at the bank.
