IBEC: Protests out of step with country's needs

Employers group IBEC has said today's Day of Action protests are out of step with the needs of the country.

Thousands of people are expected to take to the streets in eight locations around the Republic of Ireland this afternoon to protest against the Government's planned cutbacks in December's Budget.
