Value of debt judgements up 44% in third quarter

The value of court judgements against companies for the recovery of unpaid debts has increased by €9.4m in the third quarter of this year.

The figure represents a rise of 44% compared with the same period last year, despite the fact that the actual number of judgements has fallen.
