Economist: Trade unions living in cloud cuckoo land

The behaviour of trade unions "is indicative of those living in cloud cuckoo land", according to Friends First Chief Economist Jim Power.

Addressing the Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Members in Industry Conference in Dublin today Mr Power said" “At the end of the day, the most important thing is employment. The notion of industrial action in a recession is employment suicide."
