Petroceltic successfully tests Algerian well

Oil and gas exploration company Petroceltic has announced that one of its wells in Algeria has been successfully tested.

Logging results were better than pre-drilling estimates, the company said today, due to the confirmation of a deep gas water contact at 1948m, and better than expected reservoir porosity and permeability values in the objective horizon.
