Ryan says postcodes will improve efficiency

Communications Minister Eamon Ryan says his plan to introduce postcodes around the country will lead to more efficiency.

Mr Ryan announced yesterday that he would be seeking tenders for a contract to introduce the new system and hoped it would be operational within two years.
