London market watchdog backs away from bonus restrictions

The London market watchdog has watered down moves to curb the mega-bonus culture among banks, it was reported today.

The British Financial Service Authority (FSA), which is due to publish its code of practice on pay later today, has dropped key recommendations it put forward in March, the Financial Times reports.
