The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association (ISME) said today that 45% of its members have now introduced pay cuts in response to the recession.

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association (ISME) said today that 45% of its members have now introduced pay cuts in response to the recession.

The association says its latest survey has found that the average cut being introduced is around 13%.
