Unite publishes proposals to save 100,000 jobs

The Unite trade union has launched proposals that it says could save or create 100,000 jobs.

The €2bn plan would involve higher taxes on the well-off, a reform of tax allowances, support for home-grown businesses and investment in infrastructure.
