Good day for ISEQ

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed at 2,090.30 this evening, an increase of 74.53 points or 3.7%.

It was a relatively positive day all around. All of the major banks reported increases, AIB up 7c to 59, Bank of Ireland adding 9c to 37c and Irish Life & Permanent finishing up 4c to 77c.
