Group calls for €1bn export stimulus package

The Irish Exporters Association (IEA) today called on the Government to introduce measures to prevent further export and associated job losses.

The IEA estimated a State-aid package of approximately €1bn would be required to give the sector the support it would need to the end of 2010.
