Ryanair extends deadline for Aer Lingus takeover bid

Ryanair has extended the deadline for acceptance of its recent takeover offer for Aer Lingus.

The airline mounted the €748m takeover bid late last year and is now giving shareholders until February 13 to accept the offer.
