Aer Lingus happy with take-up of severance options

Aer Lingus reportedly believes that enough staff have opted for a voluntary severance package in order to avoid the need for the outsourcing of jobs.

The airline was initially planning to outsource around 1,300 jobs as part of a €74m cost-cutting plan.
