France to host summit on financial crisis

France will host a European financial summit on Saturday in Paris bringing together a handful of countries to discuss the international financial crisis.

President Nicolas Sarkozy's office said the meeting included the leaders of Germany, Britain and Italy as well as the president of the European Commission and the European Central Bank chief.
