C&C cider sales down 11%

Bulmers (Magners in the UK)-maker C&C have said revenues are expected to be down by 8% for the six months to the end of August, compared with the same period last year.

An 11% drop in cider sales largely accounts for the drop. The results of the group's reorganisation programme are reflected in a 1.5% increase in operating margin.
