The value of commercial property deals in Ireland has fallen 80% in the first half of this year, according to reports by property agent CBRE.

Investment in the Irish market totalled €392m in the first quarter of 2008 in comparison to €1.9bn during the same time last year, as a lack of availability of credit took its toll on the market.
