Anglo Irish Bank expect to report a very good year

Anglo Irish Bank expects to report another very good performance in 2008 against a backdrop of challenging conditions, according to a half-year statement from the country’s third biggest bank.

The bank said today it anticipate earnings per share growth of about 15% for the year ending September 30, 2008.
