The number of houses changing hands in the North has dropped by a massive 50% over the past year, according to a survey by the University of Ulster.

The number of houses changing hands in the North has dropped by a massive 50% over the past year, according to a survey by the University of Ulster.

The 120 estate agents questioned as part of the survey only sold 1,000 homes in the second quarter of this year, compared to twice that many in the same period last year.
